They come to the surface on Long Island sometimes on their own, other times they must be brought to the surface to bask in the sunlight ! They have been sleeping in the rich sand of Lond Island. A 3 foot by 3 foot rock will have approximately 9 face feet. So 1 ten wheeler truck load will give you at least 20 rocks (3X3), each 9 face ft = 180 face feet of rock, for a wall approximately 6 feet high and 30 feet long.
